1General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and BigWin69 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the BigWin69 website, registering an account, or using any service or feature offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2Eligibility

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3Account Registration

Each eligible player may hold only one active account on BigWin69. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed, with balances handled at our discretion.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

• You must choose a secure, unique password for your BigWin69 account. Do not reuse passwords from other websites or services.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account on your behalf.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify BigWin69 support immediately via live chat or email.

BigWin69 will never ask you to share your password by email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

4Deposits

BigWin69 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• GCash — instant digital wallet transfer
• Maya — instant digital wallet transfer
• InstaPay Bank Transfer — available for BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Metrobank, and other InstaPay-connected Philippine banks

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum single deposit limit by default, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps. VIP tier members may be eligible for higher deposit thresholds; details are available in the VIP Program section of the platform.

All deposited funds are credited to your BigWin69 wallet in ₱. No currency conversion is applied. BigWin69 does not charge a platform fee on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges outside of our control.

BigWin69 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before crediting unusually large deposits or deposits that trigger our internal fraud detection processes. This is done to protect both the player and the platform.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on BigWin69 are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) directly to the GCash wallet, Maya wallet, or Philippine bank account registered on your profile. The name on your withdrawal destination must match the name on your BigWin69 account.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Standard withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few hours during business hours, subject to verification status and the payment method selected. VIP tier members receive priority withdrawal processing, and Diamond tier players are subject to the highest daily withdrawal caps available on the platform.

• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals are subject to review by our compliance team. We may request additional documentation for large or unusual requests.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion before they become withdrawable.
• Withdrawals cannot exceed the available withdrawable balance in your account wallet.

6Bonuses and Promotions

BigWin69 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP Program rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read before claiming.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all BigWin69 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in ₱ and may only be used for wagering on eligible games or sports markets as specified in the promotion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, 10x means you must wager ten times the bonus amount).
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus balance or associated wagering requirements not met within the validity period will be forfeited without notice.

7Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on BigWin69 are binding once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that all bet selections, amounts, and markets are correct before submitting. BigWin69 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where this is explicitly permitted by the rules of the specific game or market.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on BigWin69:

• All bets must be placed within the available balance in your BigWin69 wallet. Negative balances are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per game. These are displayed at the time of placing a wager.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system failure during a gaming session, BigWin69 will attempt to resolve the situation fairly based on available game logs. In cases where the outcome cannot be determined, affected bets may be voided and the stake returned.
• If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules of the specific sports market as published in the platform's Sports Betting Rules section.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the discretion of BigWin69. We reserve the right to suspend betting on any market at any time, including during an event, without prior notice.
• Any bet placed in error due to clearly incorrect odds — including prices that deviate materially from market rates due to a technical fault — will be voided, with the stake returned to the player's wallet.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on BigWin69. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Cheating: Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with the platform, gain an unfair advantage, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market offered on BigWin69.
